We are all intertwined

We are irrevocably intertwined, interrelated... what we do to ourselves- we also do unto others. This is something we must acknowledge and honour every day of our lives.

All we have is the moment in time

All we have is this moment in time. The journey of Now is the pathway we should travel so we can free our spirit in the eminence of the present and all of its wondrous blessings. But the heart, mind and soul have to be open to see and experience all of these blessings.
