A gratitude journal is about looking for evidence that life is getting a bit better for you everyday.
I like to refer to it as “Gratitude Mindfulness”—making a mental note of the good things you encounter each day, no matter how inconsequential you perceive them to be.
Remember that what you focus on expands.
Writing this journal will help inspire and guide you.
In time, this journal can become part of your sacred book about you and for you.
To help you in cultivating this journal and your sacred book, start doing some reading.. Ask people what books they have read that have helped them experience gratitude in their lives and have created a spiritual revolution within their lives.
